خلاصه مقاله:
The family is the first and the most unique social institution that considers the health and well-being of a society to be dependent on the health and satisfaction of its members. Marriage, which creates common experiences between husband and wife, may sometimes lead to differences in the quality of marital relations The existence of marital conflicts affects the quality of life of the couple and consequently the psychological well-being of the couple. Psychological well-being is defined as positive psychological functioning, good relationships with others, and feeling realistic about oneself. Methodology: The present study is a randomized controlled trial using a pre-test-post-test design with a control group having the usual care of a standard study. The statistical population of the present study was made up of all women with marital conflicts who referred to informed counseling centers in Tehran in ۱۴۰۱. In this research, Riff's psychological well-being scale, Kansas Marital Conflict Scale was used to collect data. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multivariate analysis of variance) and SPSS-۱۹ statistical software were used for data analysis. Findings: In the first part, the descriptive findings of the research were mentioned, and in the second part, the research findings were mentioned from the perspective of inferential statistics. Here, the psychological well-being variable is used. In an inferential finding, the normality of data distribution is one of the most important presuppositions of all parametric tests such as covariance analysis. The Shapiro-Wilk test was used to check the normality of the distribution of the variables in the pre-test and post-test. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy has an effect on the psychological well-being of women with marital conflicts.
