Capital structure is very complex and there have always been arguments on it among finance researchers. Up to now, because of the instantaneously dealing with the agency difficulties, scholars have not reached an agreement on the optimum capital structure of organisations. In this research we study review of literature and try to provide evidences that capital structure has relationship with ownership structure. In this research we define some determining factors that influence the capital structure and then try to support them theoretically.
