خلاصه مقاله:
In this research, the aim is to identify the key success factor,The effect of product authenticity,in internet marketplaces(Digikala.com is a study case). The marketplace is a platform that allows the user to buy from several different suppliers. In fact, managing a online marketplace does not need to have the goods that it sells, but business Working in this space by providing the inventory of other sellers and facilitating the possibility of buying these goods by Customers flow. The expansion of competition in the online stores has caused companies to know the factors of success.one of the important factors out of hundreds of them is product authenticity.we want to see the importance of this factor. In this research,we used questionnaire tools. We collected field data using the library research method. ۴۰ Digikala sellers in Tabriz,Iran have been investigated by using SPSS software and T-test in order to examine the main purpose of research which is product authenticity.
