With the advent of the Internet, various industries were affected by it and followed the path of evolution. One of the technologies created on the basis of the Internet is the Internet of Things, which is used in many industries and services. The Internet of Things has four structural layers (understanding layer, network layer, processing layer, application layer) that must be created to enter the Internet of Things in any field. One of the fields in which the Internet of Things can play a role in its control and management are crises. The use of Internet of Things in Disaster Management makes accurate information reach managers. Access to accurate information in disaster management allows accurate and correct decisions to be made. For this reason, the necessary infrastructure must be created for the penetration of the Internet of Things in disaster management organizations.
