خلاصه مقاله:
In this research, Spatially Resolved Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (SRLIBS) was used to identify the elements ofthe radiation spectrum of laser-induced plasma. In this research, the arrangement is done by placing the fiber head lens on thexyz micrometer stand with the ability to move vertically and horizontally on the optical axis and the distance from the location.Using this inexpensive set-up, SRLIBS was tested on aluminum plasma with Nd:YAG laser. The results of this study showthat aluminum elements can be identified with this method
