خلاصه مقاله:
A novel and practical method for the synthesis of pyridopyrimidine-indole hybrids, using a three-component reaction of thiouracil or ۶-amino-N,N-dimethyluracil, various aryl aldehydes and ۳-cyanoacetyl indole in the presence of a green heterogeneous nano-catalyst γ-Fe۲O۳@HAp@PBABMD@Cu was developed. This protocol furnished the desired products in high yields (۸۲-۹۵%) and lower reaction times (۱۸-۴۰ min).
