A revision of the genus Plocama (Rubiaceae) in the flora of Uzbekistan is presented. This relic genus includes ۷ species, and ۲ of them are endemics to Uzbekistan. Main synonyms, nomenclatural types, ecological data, diagnostic key, images of speccies and distribution maps of the species are given.
