Abstract:

در این مقاله به بررسی رابطه بین رفتارهای مدیریت زمان و نگرش ها با اندازه گیریهای خلاقیت به عنوان ارزیابی خلاقیت خود و اندازه گیری شخصیت خلاق می پردازیم.علاوه بر این، خلاقیت کلی به عنوان مجموع دو سازه خلاقیت مورد بررسی قرار داده است. داده های مورد استفاده از 186 نفر دانشجویان دانشکده روانشناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه تهران به دست آمده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که خلاقیت رابطه مثبتی با رفتاریهای برنامه ریزی روزانه، اعتماد بر برنامه ریزی بلند مدت، درک کنترل زمان و سرسختی و رابطه منفی با بهم ریختگی دارد. این نتایج چارچوب نظری را برای درک چگونگی رابطه بین خلاقیت و مدیریت زمان فراهم می کند.
