Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to identify The requirement to implement the policy of innovation culture and continuous improvement in the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method is practical in terms of results, descriptive in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of the type of data. The statistical population in this research included management professors of Shahid Sattari University of Aeronautical Sciences and Technology, ۱۰ people were selected as a sample based on available sampling. The tools used in this research include a researcher-made questionnaire with ۳۴ questions. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and reliability coefficient above ۰.۷ for all variables. The data was analyzed by Spss software. Delphi analysis method was used in two stages to analyze the data. The findings of the research showed that the requirements for the implementation of the policy of promoting the culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran are: leadership and top management, resources and cooperation, human resources management, measurement and analysis, Planning and managing processes.
