Supply chain and inventory management is a vital part of the performance of manufacturingand service organizations and companies. Methods such as process mapping, inventoryoptimization, value chain analysis and the use of information technology along with qualityimprovement are examined. The results of this article show that the use of industrialengineering methods can help companies improve supply chain performance and inventorymanagement and increase their competitiveness. Factors affecting the supply chain such assatisfaction, time, supplier, flexibility and process have also been investigated. Finally, usingChang's triangular fuzzy hierarchical analysis methods, the factors affecting the supply chainhave been ranked in order to improve it and increase competitiveness. This article helpscompanies to increase production, maintain and create their competitive position throughsupply chain improvement.
