Many of situations which we face to in real world are modeled as nonlinear problems such as location, production, scheduling and finance problems that decisions should be made underuncertain conditions. In this paper we propose a Newton method for solving fuzzy nonlinear programming problems with fuzzy parameters and fuzzy variables. The fuzzy quantities are consideredas parametric form
