Drug-loaded silver nanoparticles proved to be a novel topical anti-infective agent for the treatment of all types of skin infections caused by microorganisms. In the current effort, Chlorhexidine/ silver/ chitosan nanocomposites were synthesized. Various kinetics models were applied on our release data to check kind of release pattern of nano-se model follow value which is ۰.۹۸۲۴ for Higuchi and so our relea ۲samples. The calculations confirmed the RHiguchi release kinetics. TEM analysis of drug-loaded nanocomposites were performed. Results indicted the round structure of blank silver nanoparticles and drug loaded silver nanoparticles which clearly suggest the uniformity of the nano-formulation.
