Abstract:

برونسپاری یکی ازمشهوترین استراتژیهای تجاری درعصرجهانی شده امروزی می باشد برونسپاری انتقال و یانمایندگی دادن به یک تامین کننده خدمات یا عملیات به همراه مدیریت مستمر فرایندهای کسب و کار است تحقیق حاضر درصدد است تا با استفاده ازرویکردهای ترکیبی ازتکنیکهای FAHP ی SAW به ارزیابی مقایسه ای عوامل موثربرتصمیمات برونسپاری مدیران بانک ملی شهرستان رشت بپردازد درراستای دستیابی به این هدف ضمن مروری جامع برادبیات موضوع مرتب طبا پژوهش حاضر ازنظرات تعداد 25نفر ازسرپرستان و کارکنان رسمی شعب بانک ملی شهرستان رشت استفاده شد هاست باتوجه به چهارعامل تعیین شده ریسک ها موانع مزایا و حساسیت های برونسپاری بعنوان فاکتورهای موثربرتصمیمات برونسپاری یافته های پژوهش بیانگر اولویت بالای فاکتور ریسک به عنوان مهمترین عامل موثربرتصمیمات برونسپاری می باشد.
