The present article deals with the application of technology in the field of human resources management by using documentary method. In this regard, it was tried to refer to the fields of technology in human resources in the form of human resources information systems (HRIS) and electronic human resources management (eHRM). In the following, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the application of technology in the field of human resources, the evolutionary process of technology in this field was discussed. After that, the effective results of technology in human resource management and how to choose the most suitable platform in ۲۰۲۴ have been mentioned.
