Convergence of Various Disciplines and Particpation of Woman in IT through Developing Domain Ontology

In this paper we address different definitions of Information Technology, specially with two main conception as technology for itself, or application of technology in real world that will bring the participation of various disciplines, domain skills and female experts. The paper discussed a multidisciplinary field in IT , knowledge share and reuse of Information Management . we focus on developing domain ontology as a powerful concept for application of IT tools and technology to build a knowledge model of a domain and help enhanced access to the domain information . we discuss also how such framework can provide the opportunity for participation of domain experts in IT.
