Abstract:

Most important property of contemporary is precipitate changes in science of technology. Assistances and coordination with these changes is permanence essential of organization. Goals certainly and their long-time plans are the most important challenges that its performance of improving .depend on suitability and ability and skilling of all personnel. In such situation ability increasing of personnel is needy to have codified plans and organized clear strategy especially in basis of quality human tarry sources improvement .thus one of the most important organized improvement is attention to education and ability of personnel .in this way organizations manager not only don't content to academic education of personnel, but also, have concentrated most own their attention of education requirement and guiding of terms in way of goal certainly and strategic plans, is very important. In this paper, we try mean time to express sincerity properties of education plans and improving with strategic plans, also accessing to suitability and their performance is noticed.
