Abstract:

In interconnected world, the pressing need for sustainable development has transcended environmental concerns, becoming a crucial factor for business success. This paper examines the evolving landscape of sustainability in business management, exploring its current state, key drivers, and challenges. Through a comprehensive literature review, we analyze existing frameworks and theoretical underpinnings, highlighting the importance of integrating environmental, social, and economic considerations into core business strategies. The paper then proposes a dynamic framework for implementing sustainable development initiatives, emphasizing continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. We present numerical results from case studies illustrating the potential benefits of sustainable practices, including reduced costs, enhanced brand reputation, and improved employee morale.
