Based on our life in the postmodern world and considering the ever-increasing progress in the field of technology and its application in various fields of human life, the application of artificial intelligence in the field of human resources also seems necessary. In this regard, in the current article, using the documentary research method, we are looking to address the application of technology in human resource management. Of course, an attempt was made to discuss the challenges of using this new technology.
