خلاصه مقاله:
We have designed and investigated, in this study, a novel Au/L-Cyst/Au@-BC-Capped-C4MPN Composite Sensor that monitors the presence of Insulin and Oxytosin in human blood serum samples. Thesignificantly high signal-to-noise ratio, wide linear range and low limit of detection for the proposed sensor lad to high sensitivity and selectivity of the sensor. Cyclic and square wave voltammetry, Impedance Spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy techniques are used to verify the successful fabrication ofthe proposed sensor. The sensor does not suffer from coexisting organic and inorganic materials. We expectthe sensors of this type to be effective for applications in Insulin and Oxytosin detection in biological fluids
