The electrochemical manner of cortisone and Insulin at the Au/AuNPs/ PolyPyrole/ L-cystein/ Au @- NC-capped – C4MPN modified electrode have beenexamined. The modified electrode displays the excellent electrocatalytic activity and haste electron transfer. The Impedance Spectroscopy, Square wave and cyclicvoltametry, and Scanning Electron Microscopy techniques verify the fabrication and predict the sensor ability for effective hormone analysis in human blood serum Samples without any side interference effects
