Abstract:

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is an approach for evaluating the performance of Decision Making Units (DMUs) with multiple inputs and outputs. Evaluating performance supply chain is one of the applications of DEA methods. But hence, the classical DEA models treat with each DMU as a black box, thus, the performance measurement may be not successful. So, there are requirements for network DEA models. The initial condition for the use of DEA models is that the data are accurate. But in the real word, we are often conformed to ambiguous and uncertain data. So, it is undeniable need for fuzzy logic to evaluate the efficiency unit. In this paper, at first, we introduce a new non-radial model for supply chain performance evaluation by considering intermediate production, which its optimal solution can separate inefficient and strong efficient DMU, and then we investigate this model when the data are fuzzy numbers.
