The construction industry relies significantly on effective Project Delivery Systems (PDS) to ensure successful project execution. These systems encompass various methodologies employed to manage the design, construction, and delivery phases. Understanding the nuances of different PDS methods is essential for project managers, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to navigate the complexities inherent in construction and project management.
