The aim of this survey was to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the success of agricultural tourism as one of the specific instances of tourism (NICHE) with an interpretive structural modeling approach. In this research, snowball sampling method was used and the statistical population consisted of ۱۲ tourism experts, including managers of the Cultural Heritage Organization and university professors in the field of agricultural tourism. Factors affecting the success of this industry were extracted from the questionnaire; they were in order of importance and priority. At the highest level, there were the government planning and support for farmers and in the second level, ۶ factors were at the same level. At the third level, there were the sustainability of agricultural tourism, the promotion of culture and the culture of local people and tourists. Finally, the fourth level is to prevent the migration of villagers.
