New approaches to the integration of Iranian handicrafts with the interior design of modern buildings are considered as a prominent strategy in combining modernity with local cultural values The use of indigenous art elements such as mosaic hand woven carpets, and traditional pottery as an essential part of modern spaces reflects an attempt to enhance the appearance and deeper connection with local culture. In addition to innovation in design, these approaches have also contributed to the preservation and promotion of traditional handicrafts and have created a direct relationship between modernity and cultural heritage. This new combination, not only adds to the beauty and perspective of modern spaces, but also as a cultural tool, plays an effective role in preserving and promoting national identity and cultural diversity of Iran. As a progress in combining the identity of modern architecture with the richness of Iranian handicrafts, these approaches represent a positive step toward the successful and coordinated integration of cultural and modern values within contemporary spaces. These approaches serve as a bridge between the past and the future, not only to provide unique and beautiful spaces, but also as an inspiring example for other modern interior design spaces and projects in Iran. In these approaches, architects and interior designers are trying to create a new language in interior design inspired by Iranian handicrafts .This article is one of the scholarly articles published by reviewing literature and information, which is a summary of existing scientific articles and resources. This research is based on the displacement integration and combination of existing knowledge and helps to clarify the angles of the problem from a new perspective. In this article, we have tried to examine the significant effects that handicrafts have put on this type of architecture .
