Abstract:

Introduction : Heat stress caused by the combination of environmental factors, metabolism and the type of dress and many industries, including petrochemical and steel industries, glass making, laundry and food situation over the years imposes to their workers and that they can lead to diseases caused by heat and also reduce productivity and increase the likelihood of damage to individuals is at risk. Methods : The study environment Pardis petrochemical plant located in Paradise Asaluyeh and operational phase of the study population were ammonia, to conduct an environmental measure WBGT (Wet Bulb Glob Temperature) meter calibrated to measure wet temperature, dry temperature , radiation temperature and relative humidity was used, heart rate and systolic and diastolic blood pressure using the digital manometer was measured, using a skin temperature thermometer measured the skin in rows 25 to 42 was calculated to measure Oral digital . thermometer temperature in rows 32 to 42 were measured Results : The average amount of allowable index (WBGT / TLV) in the reception site for both is less than the limit and in the work site is more than the limit, the average mean index (WBGT.TWA / TLV) is less than during the working day limit for between two groups, the mean physiological parameters between individuals acclimatization and not-acclimatization on the reception site are not significantly different from each other, and the amount of physiological parameters of systolic and diastolic blood pressure skin temperature between two groups acclimatization and not-acclimatization on the work site do not differ significantly with each other (P> 0 / 05), but the physiological parameters heart rate and deep body temperature between two group acclimatization and not-acclimatization in work site Statistically differe with each . other (P <0 / 05) Conclusion : both groups acclimatization and not-acclimatization the reception site are not in the face of heat stress but in the reception site are in the face of heat stress however heat stress on the not-acclimatization individuals is very most than acclimatization. And heat stress makes greater heat strain in not-acclimatization individuals than acclimatization .
