Background and purpose: Dynamic cross-leggedness of the knee is a common risk factor for acute injuries andoveruse injuries of the lower limbs. The central region of the body can be considered as a muscle belt in the centerof the movement chain, which is a stabilizing unit for the spine and trunk. The muscle strength and endurance ofthis area allows the system to perform the distribution, delivery and transmission of the desired force bymechanically stabilizing the spine. Many experts consider the central stability area as a key component inimproving sports performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to consider the effect of eight weeks ofTaekwondo training on the endurance of the core muscles in adolescent girls with clubfoot.Methodology: The statistical sample of the research consisted of ۳۰ girls aged ۱۴-۱۸. After the test, the sampleswere randomly divided into an experimental group (n=۱۵) and a control group (n=۱۵). To compare the averageof the research variables before and after the exercise protocol in each group, the correlated t-test was used, andfor the inter-group comparison of the variables, the analysis of covariance test was used at the significance levelof P≥۰.۰۵.Results: The results of the correlated t-test showed that there was a significant difference (P≥۰.۰۵) in the scoresof Chorus muscle endurance (Sorenson's test) in both the control and experimental groups between the pre-testand the post-test, but this difference in the experimental group that exercises They did Tekdano, it was more.Conclusion: Considering the results of this research, we know that eight weeks of Tekdano training leads to anincrease in the central endurance of the trunk area of girls with clubfoot.
