خلاصه مقاله:
Personalization serves a broad range of functions and benefits for workers. It is a variety of territoriality, that enables individuals to mark their working space and arrange it with personal items, which build an emotional connection between workers and their work environment.There are many concepts involved with the notion and implications of Personalization. Among these parameters, this paper focuses on identity, emotions, and privacy. Also, perception and expression of Personalization by genders are investigated and the feature of Personalization in any Workplace with consideration of performance improvement is addressed.In an attempt to explain and clarify the principles relevant to the subject matter of Personalization and uncover the essential data about this concept and the aims of this research, literary work and library research were performed. Therefore the approach to data collection in this study is centered on documentary information collected from a combination of journal papers, books, and online resources to provide a better understanding of Personalization
