خلاصه مقاله:
The rapid development of smart city technologies offers significant potential for enhancing municipal property management and urban governance. This review article aims to investigate the current state of research on smart cities and municipal property management, focusing on the legal frameworks and innovative urban governance strategies that facilitate the integration of these technologies. A systematic review methodology was employed to identify and analyze relevant articles from academic databases. The findings reveal key themes and debates in the literature, including the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) and the Internet of Things (IoT) in improving urban governance, the need for context-specific legal frameworks and regulations, and the limitations and gaps in existing research. The review also discusses challenges and opportunities in implementing smart city frameworks for municipal property management, presenting case studies that highlight innovative urban governance in practice. The article concludes with a summary of the key findings and recommendations for future research and practice, emphasizing the importance of context-specific, data-driven, and collaborative approaches to smart city development and municipal property management.
