This paper examines the transformative impact of digital technologies on leadership and management styles in the aviationindustry, focusing on Mahan Airlines as a case study. The study utilizes qualitative analysis methods, including interviews and company records review, to assess theairline's adoption of digital strategies. Findings indicate a significant move towards digital fluency among leaders, a cultureof innovation and empowerment, and an enhanced focus on customer-centric practices. These changes highlight the evolvingnature of leadership in the digital era and the necessity for continuous adaptation.
