Talent identification plays a crucial role in recognizing and nurturing the unique abilitiesand potentials of students. This article delves into the methods, opportunities, andchallenges involved in talent identification of students. It explores both traditional andmodern approaches, discusses the potential benefits and limitations, and addresses ethicalconsiderations. Additionally, the article offers strategies for effective talent identificationin education, aiming to enhance student success and fulfillment.
