In recent years, the Internet of Things(IoT) has propelled advancements in various domains, and thisstudy harnesses its capabilities in the critical area of fire detection. this article explores a pioneeringapproach to fire detection by using IoT sensors and quadcopter technology. The proposed schemeinvolves hardware nodes strategically positioned in different location to gather environmental datasuch as temperature, which is then transmitted to a central node to process. The data transmissionsystem is based on MAC address and therefore the security of transmission is provided, and on theother hand, it is possible to add other measurement nodes easily. Also, the data transfer speed keepsthe overall performance of the system close to real -time. In the event of anomalies indicative of a fire,a quadcopter is autonomously deployed to investigate the suspected location. The effectiveness of thesystem is evaluated in a case study in an office environment, demonstrating notable accuracy in firedetection. The results of the evaluations show that the identification accuracy is within an acceptablerange and the possibility of expanding the scale of the project is also available.
