The ball mill is actually a rotating cylinder which crushes minerals by rotation. Ball mill is used to crush materials into small and sometimes Nano particles. In order to transfer the materials into ball mill, it must be first transferred into the carriage shot and then poured into the ball mill.A rolled piece with thickness and numerous holes on it is used to prevent exiting material from ball mill and spray water on rubber sealing between these two components.This rolled piece has problems such as wrinkling, deformation of the cross section and changes during pipe bending, distortion and changing the tolerance which are the main problems of this process.In this research, the pipes produced by segment method were analyzed by simulation to avoid the problems. After examining the path of pipe movement which is partially formed without any problem, the effect of temperature and pressure changes on the distribution of pipe thickness in inner and outer radius of the pipe bend area were studied.
