خلاصه مقاله:
Microfluidics is a field that has recently been used based on the combined standards of materials science, chemistry, liquid elements, microelectronics and fabric science. On the other hand, different materials can be prepared in small chips containing channels and chambers on a micro scale. A diverse set of strategies can be chosen to construct such steps of desired size, shape, and geometry. Microfluidic chips are used either alone or in combination with other tools, microfluidic chips can also be used in nanoparticle arrangement, drug encapsulation, transport and focus on cell investigation, determination and cell culture. Micromixing has a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of microfluidic devices, so this work reviews recent advances in passive micromixers for the development of various microfluidic chips, and further passive micromixers with two-dimensional barriers, nonequilibrium collisions, helical structures, and convergence-divergence or ۳D layered and helical structures were discussed. In this paper, the design (with the help of COMSOL Multiphysics ۵.۶) and the construction of a passive micromixer with a new structure to investigate the degree of mixing are investigated.Key words: Lab-on-chip, Microfluidics device,
