Only ۳۵ persons of both genders exhibited positive response to the used allergens with an increased number of eosinophils. ۸ males and ۲۷ females, and their ages ranged between ۱۷-۷۷ years. At testing the skin for the inhaled allergens, Saliceae trees recorded the highest overall percentage of allergy (۶۰%), Betulaceae family recorded an overall percentage of allergy (۴۵.۷%) followed by Timothy overall percentage (۴۲.۹%), Salsola (۳۴.۳%), the combination of three trees including Corylus, Alnus and Betula (۳۱.۴%), the plant Artemisia (۲۵.۷%), Urtica dioica (۲۲.۹%), and finally Fraxinus excelsior (۲۲.۸%). Dogs and cats hairs recorded the highest percentage of allergy (۵۱%) among epithelial tissue allergens, followed by horse hair (۳۱.۴%) and the least percentage was of feathers (۸.۶%). Houses dust mite when mixing the two types Dermatophoides farina and D. pteronyssinus recorded the highest percentage (۴۵.۷%). Among the fungi, Alternaria alternate recorded the highest percentage (۳۷.۱%), Cladosporum herbarum (۳۴.۲%) and the least percentage was related to the fungus Aspergillus fumigatu (۲۸.۶%). The studied sensitizers (except feathers) have significant difference at probability level of P < ۰/۰۵.
