In this research study, we leverage the power of AnyLogic software to conduct a comprehensive simulation analysis aimed at enhancing the performance of a production line. Our investigation involves the simulation of various production line conditions and relationships, allowing us to discern the impact of different scenarios while minimizing costs and alterations. This simulation not only provides valuable insights into the consequences of different production line setups but also reveals critical bottlenecks that warrant targeted improvement plans. Our findings contribute to the optimization of production processes, enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Through the utilization of advanced simulation techniques, this research aids in making informed decisions for selecting the most favorable production line configuration, ultimately facilitating better decision-making in industrial settings.
