Abstract:
Industries have made significant progress in recent years, and with the production of various devices, we are witnessing an increase in the efficiency, speed, and performance of industries. One of the important points that we should pay attention to is that with the emergence of new machinery, we are faced with the creation of new processes in industries. For example, in the past, citrus fruits were packaged and sold quickly after production. But today, with the creation of new devices known as grading machines, we also see the addition of fruit grading units. Another new sector is the machines used for fruit coating. In this paper, the methods of fruit coating have been investigated.
