Abstract:
In this research, the evaluation and prioritization of parameters affecting the realization ofsmart city infrastructures have been discussed. Therefore, the parameters affecting the problemwere identified and introduced, and the priority of each variable was determined using theAnalytical Hierarchy (AHP) method. Based on the final score chart of the comparison of theeffective criteria on cost management based on all the criteria, it has been observed that themost important and effective option was "reducing energy consumption" with a score of ۰.۱۲.Also, the second effective option jointly includes "amount of green space" and "intelligenttransportation systems" with a score of ۰.۱۱. Finally, the lowest score was recorded for"Incident Management and Control" with a score of ۰.۰۳. Based on the final score chart ofparameters affecting the realization of smart city infrastructure, it was observed that the mostimportant criterion included the "Smart Environment" criterion. The criterion of "smarttransportation" has been proposed as an effective indicator. The lowest level of importance hasbeen obtained for the criterion of "smart dynamics". The most important option in this regardwas "development of electronic commerce" with a score of ۰.۳۸۷. Also, the second mosteffective factor was "creating investment infrastructure". A score of ۰.۱۵۴ has been obtained.Based on the final score chart, it has been observed that the most important option in this regardis "focusing on providing services through information and communication technology" It was۰.۳۸۷. Also, the second effective factor included "public education and the creation anddevelopment of culture". Finally, the lowest score was obtained for "connection andimprovement of information and communication technology infrastructure" with a score of۰.۱۴. Based on the final score chart of the comparison of parameters affecting theimplementation of smart city infrastructure based on the standard of smart environment, it hasbeen observed that the most important option in this regard was "reducing energy consumption"with a score of ۰.۳۴. Also, the second effective factor included "amount of green space".Finally, the lowest score was obtained for "use of renewable energy" with a score of ۰.۱۵۴.Based on the final score chart of the comparison of parameters affecting the realization of smartcity infrastructure based on the standard of smart transportation, it has been observed that themost important option in this regard was "smart transportation systems" with a score of ۰.۴۶.Also, the second effective factor included "pedestrian management and control systems".Finally, the lowest score was obtained for "incident management and control" with a score of۰.۱۲۷.
