خلاصه مقاله:
Industry ۴.۰ represents a shift from centralized to decentralized production, involving cyber-physical systems. This transformation aims to reduce costs and waste by implementing timely preventive measures. This study proposes an optimized model for production processes in cellular manufacturing systems of Industry ۴.۰. For this purpose, a combination of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) method, prospect theory (PT), and Shannon entropy is used. The critical failure modes are identified through comparison with reference points. Shannon entropy is used to determine the importance of each risk factor in the FMEA method. By calculating the utility value through the prospect method, critical failure modes are prioritized. Thus, FM۷ and FM۱۴ are assigned the first and second priority, respectively. To validate the proposed method, its efficiency is evaluated in an auto parts manufacturing plant. The proposed framework helps managers to improve the effectiveness of the risk analysis and control factors and impact of failure modes. On the other hand, it makes to increase safety and reliability levels in production systems.
