A convenient and efficient procedure for synthesis of benzimidazole L-amino acid derivatives has been developed by a simple one-pot reaction of L-amino acids and benzimidazole derivatives on the surface of neutral alumina impregnated with hydrochloric acid under microwave irradiation without any solvent according to green chemistry.
