Synthesis of graphene-polyaniline composites&its application to the determination of some environmental pollutants

Graphene-polyaniline nanocomposite was synthesized using in situ polymerization of aniline monomer in the presence of graphene sheets in hydrochloric acid solution. Graphene sheets as the support materials could provide more active sites for the nucleation of polyaniline. The graphene sheets were homogeneously coated on the surface with polyaniline nanoparticles.The morphology and microstructure of the obtained papers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and FTIR spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
