خلاصه مقاله:
In this study, graphenenanosheets were produced in large quantity via a soft chemistry synthetic route involving graphite oxidation, ultrasonic exfoliation and chemical reduction by sodium borohydride.We also present a quick and easy method to synthesize graphene/MnO2nanocompositevia a self-limiting deposition of nanoscale MnO2 on the surface of graphene under microwave irradiation.The as-synthesized graphene and its compositewere characterized by fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
