خلاصه مقاله:
An efficient three-component method for the preparation of novel dihydropyrido[2,3-d:6,5-d']dipyrimidines derivatives is repoted. In this protocol the reaction of 6-amino-2-(buthylthio)-pyrimidine-4(3H)one with various aromatic aldehydes in the mixed solvent of glacial acetic acid and DMF (1:1, v:v) produced the desired products under ultrasonic irradiations in high yields (88-95%).
