In light of escalating urbanization, population growth, and climate change, air pollution has emerged as a pressing crisis in Tehran. Comprehensive, long-term studies are imperative to understand and mitigate this issue. Our study examines annual data to identify key factors influencing PM۲.۵ and O۳ pollutants, revealing complex interactions between population density, economic indicators, transportation habits, and meteorological conditions. These findings provide critical insights for developing data-driven air pollution models and informing targeted interventions. Collaboration between researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders is essential for translating these insights into effective strategies for cleaner, healthier urban environments.
