In this note, we first define the notion of fuzzy hyperideals and  -fuzzy hyperideals of - hyperrings and then characterize them by their levelsubsets. Also we prove another representation theoremfor  -fuzzy hyperideals.We introduce the generated fuzzy hyperideal and residual division fuzzy hyper idealof -hyperring. Also some related basic results are abtained.
