In this paper we introduce a new class of fnite wavelet systems over fnite rings of integers modulo N ϵ N. A complete characterization of such systems over rings of orderpα(α ≥ ۱), under prime power ′′p′′ is obtained. In particular, we show that odd and even prime powers, each admits certain methods. We extend the results for rings of any natural order.
