The development of artificial intelligence (AI) began in ۱۹۵۰ with many doubts. With the development of Information Technologies, doubts associated with artificial intelligence are diminishing and its application is increasing. AI has demonstrated a special application in complex system management as well as assisting humans in different kinds of processes. One of the most widely used artificial intelligence is in businesses, which is used to support the decision-making process, make different types of simulations, and also a basis for developing the organization's competitive advantage. By implementing the artificial intelligence system in different departments of an organization, it is possible to increase the performance of business processes and also increase satisfaction with the services or products and also can improve enterprise operations and services. Some examples of the use of artificial intelligence in business include marketing, research and development, production and quality management. Artificial intelligence provides the possibility to realize new processes and solutions in addition to preventing human mistakes and errors.
