In the context of managing urban solid waste, this study looks into how environmental management and strategic planning interact. The research attempts to comprehend the efficacy of various techniques in managing waste-related difficulties in urban settings by drawing on pertinent literature and case studies. The study uses a mixed-methods approach to examine the critical elements affecting environmental management and strategic planning efforts' performance. The results add to the body of research already available on urban trash management and offer scholars, practitioners, and government’s insightful information for creating more effective and sustainable waste management systems. Regarding the use of official privileges and assistance, creating chances for private involvement, the need for public education and culturalization, creating software departments and procedures, and not enforcing waste management laws and regulations. Government support is undoubtedly necessary to attain the organization's aims, and accomplishing the next priority will be challenging without it.
