The present article examines and analyzes the critical discourse in the theoretical framework of Norman Fairclough with the linguistic tool of Occam's razor in the field of children's rights, which is taken from the European Convention on Human Rights. In terms of the science of international law, and finally, through legal linguistics, we have reached this turning point so that we can make correct inferences from the related cases, and it is interesting to note that the cases that In the content of the cases and judgments issued by the European Court of Human Rights and the internal courts of the European Union countries or European countries that are not part of the European Union until they undergo the membership process in accordance with international treaties, there are all cases that violate children's rights. In different sections such as: language education under the control of linguistics, family law, the right of access to the court and fair trial, etc., and it is in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. In addition, Occam's razor is a practical tool that removes unnecessary things. In addition, the use of Spss statistical analysis software has been used in the current article to show the extent of violations of children's rights in the most parts of the world, even as much as possible.
