As we know that oil resources are vital for the economic development of the Middle Eastern and European countries. Among the pollutants that affect the marine environment, oil and petroleum products are important because oil supplies, even in minor amounts, damage the marine mechanism and the inhabitants of the environment, compensating for them. Paying attention to the high volume of contamination is simply not possible. In oil pollution, it is difficult to recognize the responsible person and, in the assumption of identification, also usually compensates for heavy losses from his ability.
