The This paper reviews the latest advancements in firefighting equipment, emphasizing the importance of these emerging technologies for managers, importers, and manufacturers of safety equipment. The discussion includes an overview of smart helmets, incident management software, electronic communication equipment, satellite communication systems, portable sensors for hazardous gas detection, thermal cameras, portable hydraulic cutters, portable hydrants, and acoustic fire extinguishers. By integrating these advanced tools, firefighting operations can achieve greater efficiency, safety, and effectiveness. This review also highlights the need for continuous innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance firefighting capabilities and ensure the safety of both firefighters and the communities they serve.
